Carpet Cleaning:
At Liffey Maids we specialise in Dry carpet cleaning.

Our carpet cleaning system has been constantly improved over the last 60 years to ensure that it meets the demands of our customers. It is a proven system that removes unwanted smells, stains and dust mites, which nobody wants in their home or office. The system is Dry and safe.
Because the carpets are Dry immediately, the room can be used while we are cleaning it. This is particularly useful in office and commercial work areas.

Upholstery Cleaning:
At Liffey Maids we use a Low moisture system that ensures the upholstery dries very quickly.
The dry foam ensures that natural fibres do not get overly wet and that moisture is not forced into the upholstery cushion.  The gentle brushing action of the machine loosens the dirt from the fabric without damage and provides a deep clean. The Low moisture system can clean delicate fabrics such as raw cotton, brocade; tapestries, velvet and chintz.

Leather Cleaning:
Our Low moisture cleaning system is also particularly effective for cleaning leather furniture.  After the leather furniture has been cleaned, it is moisturised to maintain its supple finish.

We also provide a Stain Guarding service for both upholstery and carpets.

Tile & Grout Cleaning:
Tiles can lose their freshness as time wears away the shine and darkens the grout.  Our Tile & Grout cleaning system can tackle all floor tiles from stone, terracotta, porcelain, to marble.We also clean Safety Flooring. The cleaning system is non-caustic so that the tiles lose none of their finish.

Wooden floors look wonderful and we can help you to care for your floor.  Our floor cleaning allows the natural finish to shine through.

Wall Washing: 
If you want to save the expense of repainting your walls, you should consider our wall washing service. Wall washing is done by applying the cleaning solution to the wall with our lightweight washing gilder.  Then the dirt and grease is removed with the buffing gilder.  There is no dripping or streaking.

Acoustic Tile Cleaning:
We offer acoustic tile cleaning as an economical alternative to the expense of replacing acoustic tiles.  It is a thorough clean which removes dirt, grease, and odours. Water marked tiles can be sprayed with specially designed paint to restore their look/finish, while maintaining their acoustic properties.

Office Cleaning:
Our office cleaning caters for those who require a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly service.  We can also supply all your janitorial needs.
